The Xnapp SaaS platform (Pay as you Go) does not require servers in your location and users simply use a web browser to connect to and use the application, the mobile client is downloaded and installed on to a mobile device of your choice. We manage all the updates and upgrades and each time you log in you are using the latest version. All data is backed up and stored securely 24x7x365 by us and if you so desire we can provide the data backup files available for download allowing you to keep your own continuous backup on top of our own.

ACCESS

The web based model of the Xnapp platform allows users to access and update information from anywhere the field, office or on the road.

Multiple locations can work with the same real time data without having to synchronize data between location and the data and reports are always current. IT departments can save connectivity and data management costs and be more efficient.

LOWER COSTS

Costs of buying traditional in-premise software licenses are just the tip of the iceberg. Implementation, Infrastructure, AMC, upgrade costs over the life of the product adds up to far more that the initial cost.

SUPPORT THAT WORKS

The Xnapp platform provides 24x7 helpdesk support options and our support teams can look at and solve the issue remotely which leads to faster resolution of issues if one arises

ECONOMIC MOTIVATION

In the economic sense SaaS platform providers are wired differently from providers of software on the traditional software licensing model. The traditional software licensing model creates pressure to find new customers, where as the SaaS model creates pressure to keep existing customers. Since the SaaS providers get the same revenue from new customers as from an existing customer it is always cheaper to keep an existing customer than find a new one. For licensed software providers the pressure is on to find new customers or ‘upgrade’ existing customers to keep revenue flowing.

Thus the SaaS model is very much like that of a retail sales model where it is critical to keep your existing customer. This results in direct financial pressure to retain customers.
